Default Cdc. What to do?
Hi folks. I'm in desperate need of some inspiration. I've bought a load of cdc and I have absolutely no idea as to what to do with the darn thing.

I'm looking for some useful video links or other sbs links for tying with cdc. I should add that I almost exclusively fish rivers and unfortunately my fly tying won't win any awards

Hi Burhan,
you could use them as the wing post for some Klinkhamers like the version in

, which you ought to have already, if not buy it on Amazon right now!

Put a few more urns of cock hackle on than he shows if you want to hang a weighted nymph off it's bend and expect it to float.

Then you can send a dozen to me for the Klink'n'Dink swap!

I also like to use CdC for loop wing emerger's, midges, heather flies. Davie McPhail has some very clear vids on YouTube on how to do a CdC Olive emerger.
