Default Damsel nymph pattern

Hi fellas,

Does anyone have a "recipe" for a Damsel nymph that has LOADS of movement in it??
I'm not particularly worried about whether It's "lifelike" but it must have
"life" if you follow my drift . . . . .
Thanks in advance!!!

Rudolf
