Thanks, mates!

The recipe:

Hook- any nymph or what you like hook#12-#14
Thread - 17/0
Tail - golden pheasant neck fiber
Body - HE brown
Rib - crystal flash green or pearl
Thorax - HE dark bown
Wing case- Transparent latex strip 4mm. colored from below by brown permanent marker

The crystal flash rib is grate, but has disadvantage- after catching 4-5 fishes it slips off / is streching material,not elastic/ , so if this bother you, should replace it with any appropriate sparkle ribbing material.

Im liking the look of this. Thinking of tying this one but with a 2.4mm tungsten bead for the rivers

It make sence, Andy. I use these flies weighted too ,on point or as a dropper.
