Default Beginner's book

The young son of a friend has just received a tying kit for his birthday, and he is now looking for an absolutely basic beginner's book on tying. Can anybody help with suggestions?
Cheers,
Angus

Youtube has a great selection of instructional videos-you can see how the flies are tied.A good book for general patterns is the fly tyers bible by Peter Gathercole
