Default hot tag muddlers

I am planning another trip up north in a few week's time, with the wee guy and i just hope these muddler's work to the same effect as the last time out...

I used a small soldier palmer muddler that was free with a copy of one of the monthly mags' on Loch Laidon.
Top dropper, floating line, cast, step, cast and I lost count of the trout I landed that day!!!
Loads more swirling and hitting the fly or only hooked for a second or two.
Pretty sure these babies will have the same effect

Nice flies, top or bottom one for me, possibly a slow inter line for them

Aye Maharg it can be very exciting stuff fishing the muddlers mate and the takes are everything, even if the trout are small...

Another thing, I originally tied these hot tags up for the stocked browns on my club water but these wee wild guys were all over them last time out and i had very few offers on the small traditional suff...

I hope the troot like them too roll cast.
