I use a cheap Krupp grinder with no issues, a used one with dull blades even better. also handy is a zip lock bag and a can of compressed air for superfine dry dubbing

There are two kinds of grinders on the market - cheap ones with blades and fancy ones with burrs. Luckily its the bladed ones that are best suited for dubbing. So buy the cheapest one you can find - this is the one I use
Amazon.com: Bosch MKM 6003 UC Coffee Grinder, Black: Kitchen & Dining Amazon.com: Bosch MKM 6003 UC Coffee Grinder, Black: Kitchen & Dining

Just remember that coffee and dubbing don't mix - once you start using a grinder for either purpose its impossible to get the smell out of it.

Cheers!

J.

On the subject of kitchenware for flytying purposes,i used a big pot to dye some pheasant tails black, and didnt quite get it cleaned right so as i was boling some lovely potatoes i noticed they started to take on a purple hue so our tatties for the mash ended up looking like alien eggs ,needless to say they got binned and the chips went on instead :P
