White Deer Hair

I'm looking for some white deer hair - I've not been impressed with what I've seen lately. Can anyone recommend a supplier?

Its not easy to come by but the best you will get is roe deer erse, its whiter than white and very dense. I was lucky to get some from a stalking friend, so ask around,

I got a nice piece a while ago from Steve Parton, so he might be worth a try.

andersonangling on this forum , or Angus Angling sells white deer hair (same person) very good in my opinion , phone the shop 01307 466366, or go online .

I was using a lot of it last year, mainly Veniard's which was on the whole okay but got some from Orvis which was cheaper & at least the same quality.
