Banned Fly Tying Materials?

I have polar bear hair and seal fur which is legal to possess and use accordingly. I believe that the Americans either require a permit to possess or it is strictly prohibited for them to own.

What fly tying materials are taboo, where you reside? BTW, I'm not talking about the fur off the back of the neighbour's cat.

CITES have a prohibited species list.

However, although not endangered, we (EU legislation) have specifically banned the import of Canadian seal fur.

Ive corncrake, swift and cock&hen blackbird, all is about 45years old and still in perfect condition.
