Czech rivers open for trout fishing this Saturday - so time to get ready some nutritious looking pork 'n beans nymphs

Thanks, the season opening day is not a time to get fancy - the time for dainty mayflies and realistic ties comes later. This will be a buggy nymph fest

Great ties as always Jindro. I'm usually out there for opening day but can't make it this year. Wishing you best for the new season. Where will you be Saturday ?

hi jindra,hows the weather been over in the czech rep mate,not long now until we are over just over 4 weekshopefully the grayling will be looking up by the time we get therehave a good opening day jindra,atb craig.

Cheers to my Czech and Slovak friends! My best wishes for a good opening day to both of you I will be fishing the north country - Kamenice, Jizera, Mohelka, depending on the water levels.

Craigie, we had some nice weather last week, but now it is rain - drizzle - rain for a second day straight, we shall see how the opening day turns out. It should be all right by the time you come here.
