Booby Eyes: Length?

As a reference point, what length Booby Eye do you use for a size 10 hook?

For diameter, it seems that 5 - 6 mm is frequently specified.

I use twice the width ,ie 6mm width 12mm length. seems to work out ok

As the foam blocks are an inch thick! i tend to drill and then cut cylinder in half, this is how i do it anyway! ian

It really is a personal choice,but I would say Mick has it about right.
