Tying Flies With CDC (The Fisherman's Miracle Feather): Leon Links.
Good starting point and contains loads of info.

The one to have and while you're at it try to have a look in this one:

Pêches Sportives | Boutique

I know it's in French (German edition too) but there are some nice CDC flies being explained in it, besides a fairly complete entomological study on Central-European flies, nymphs and larvae.

Regards,
Johan

This is the book to read; not much else was published in English on the CDC subject. Also try following the internet - French, Central European and Balkan blogs & forums. CDC is still considered a novel, untried and untested material by the US and UK tiers, so you have to look elsewhere
