Default Anyone tie tiny flies?

Im looking for someone that can tie flies in sizes 28 - 32. Anybody on here?
I would like to try fishing with some tiny flies this year but unfortunately my tying skills and eyesight are making it rather difficult. If anybody knows anyone then please ley me know.
Thanks, Daryn

Andy Baird of Northern Ireland is an expert at micro flies - take a look at his blog here:

Small Fly Funk

Not sure if he takes commissions but it is worth a try!

Kind regards

If your having trouble tying them Daryn, how will you go on seeing them once you cast them.
If it hasn't got a pink wing post 3" high I struggle like hell, even with my new specs.

I've just finished a batch of two dozen #26 and 28's for an American customer and my eyes hurt! I'm struggling to get hooks in #30 and 32 though. I'll have a look - if I can get the hooks I'm game. How many do you want?

Cheers for the replies. Regards seeing them im just hoping my casting will be fairly accurate enough to put them in the area that im looking. I wont be casting very far anyway.
Gus i only really wanted an assorted selection of dries so i could give it a go, if its a success then i will look at getting some more.
I already have some Tiemco TMC 518 hooks in sizes 28, 30 and 32 so if youre up for the challenge than i wouldnt mind sending some.

32's are pretty small and attatching the to tippet is hard enough.

I used to do them some time ago before I had loads or laser work done on my eyes. I'm now waiting for a cataract to "ripen" in 1 eye, it was first spotted about 19 years ago & I was told "it might take 5 years before you notice it" & she was right, that's what training at Moorfield's does for her.

I was chatting with Hans Weilenmann a couple of years ago about them as he ties quite a few micro flies & he recommends using 3 fibres of Powersilk or similar instead of normal threads.

I had tried tying them with 8/0 but you cant even get the thread on before running out of hook shank. I bought some stuff that looks like spider silk, cant remember the name, but my tying skills just arent good enough at the moment.
