Default Peppermint peter ross muddler

A little experimentation here so still needs some tweeking, don't quote me on the peppermint as I'm colour blind but to me it looks peppermint but I might be told otherwise I'm sure
Tied on a kamasan B175 size 10, all the ingredients of a standard PR apart from the deerhair ofcourse. I wanted the tail to fan out more so I tied the GP fibres down one side of the hook instead of on top.

I see you have also opted to wrap in the teal as a hackle rather than as a wing, I like it. And not to heavily dressed on the front either.

I like the idea Mark.
To me the deer hair is more a light grey and a little long for me,I would watch the tippets as they are rolling on to one side a bit and I would use about half that amount.
Im not trying to be nit picky and it is maybe more my personal taste either that or my morning coffee hasn't kicked in

Thanks for the feedback everyone, I think your'e probably correct dabhoy in saying that its grey (grey peppermint then) it actually looks silvery because of the natural shine of the deerhair, now you will get an idea how someone who is colour blind sees things....ouch!. There are too many tippets yes, I normally use alot less but I felt greedy yesterday and they have fanned out as they have slipped down the side slightly but that was intentional ..... I think. this is perhaps just another pretty fly, its ability to attract a trout or two would be debateable but i might find out if he'e a puller or not.

Thumbs up Another one.

Of late, fellows have posted several truly (for over here) unique ties. A delight to see.
