Default Another peter ross

I think this is yet another peter ross variant as I left out the fine oval silver tinsel as the rib, the teal hackle had a nice almost peppered effect to it which I quite liked and thought would look good tied in a cloak style.

Looks deadly! That will positively pulsate, on a stop-start retrieve! Even more reason to put in a rib; it won't hold together as long without one.

I know Rob has to be a no no a peter ross without a rib, I suppose I just wanted to see the effect without one but it just doesn't have that oomph does it, so next time I will do the business.

The cloaking's teal and a black cock hackle underneath.

Thanks everyone for the positive feedback, I knew I'd get some 'RIBBING'
