Default 21st Century Grayling Bugs

Decided to tie a selection of grayling bugs using modern materials as most of the previous flies i have tied have been relatively normal. I used these patterns before the weather got to cold last year and caught over 40 fish in 2 sessions..

Great selection there, particularly like the pink ones, think they would be very effective and might pass for something shrimpy also.

Andy,
I am glad you said they did well. I ordered a bunch of that translucent single edge fritz (or whatever its called) to play with. It would be a real pisser to find out that I wasted time and money.
Nice bugs, I like them and will copy a couple of them

Very interesting bugs, thoroughly novel. Perhaps a tad modern for my taste (gosh, am I getting that old already?) but inspiring none the less.

Were they all equally producing, or did any of them stand out?

Cheers!

J.
