Zonker strips

Hi all very interested in trying some rabbit (Zonker) strips for saltwater use.
Wondered how durable this stuff is? Will it stand up to a few nibbles or not.

Are there any synthetic alternatives that may be more durable without loosing too much action in the water?

You'll be fine using rabbit fur for your saltwater zonkers - It's
extremely durable !

Ive still got zonkers in my box i tied 5 years ago which might have had over 200 fish. The rabbit zonker strip is just as good today as it was when i first tied it.

I use the Veniard strips as i have found this the best. Although having said that the waspi ones are pretty good also.
