I'm not sure about all the rest but fishtec have got grey ostrich,golden pheasant tail and nymph skin.

You could try your local stationers for the permanent markers. My Brother-in-law works in a news agents and he showed me the catalogue that they order from. They stocked five different lines of brown green red and black permanent markers, they only take two days to come in if placed on order. That's if the shop hasn't got them in stock.
