Thanks John But don't forget the superb main picture, and front cover by Mr Stuartpengs! Nice steb-by-step by Gathercole too... although I don't remember him asking me how to tie it. He missed the bit out where I trap the body hackle and then snap the thread

That is a superb article and those are great flies. I know what Burglar Bill would say.There was a thread on here some time ago where some contributors were saying how difficult it is to get articles published. Not so if you have something novel and interesting to say . Very well done.

Must get down the local snooze agents to see what this is all about, I'll read it there as I'm a tight *"$£ when it comes to magazines but might make an exception if its worth it and it looks like it is
