Recommended fly outlets

I've recently taken up fly fishing and am not yet ready to venture into tying my own flies, so I would appreciate suggestions for where to buy good quality flies.

I bought some flies at a local shop and it was suggested elsewhere that shop bought flies often have rather sparse hackle.

For example, I found Dragonflies online and wondered if anyone can comment on their fly quality.
