Nice flies!

For me I would like a better tapper on the buzzers. If the back end was a bit thinner they would be perfect.

But they will still catch loads of fish

As James says, but are you using Sally's?, it looks like it's run down the bend.

Less and more often, taking off any excess with the brush, but let it dry hard between coats.

It's a pain, but I wouldn't go the bug-bond route just yet.

Robbie,

1. Goto photobucket and copy the link in the box which says direct link under the photo you want to post.

2. Come back here and in reply to post, click the wee icon in the reply to post with the frame and mountains.

3. It will bring up a box which says enter your link.

4. Delete the blue bit which is already in the box and then paste in your link, click enter.

5. That should do you and the picture should come up in the reply to post box.

Hope this helps.

Is that a Lemon Muddler Bruno ? .

Hello bruno, I replied to your thread about your buzzers have you ever considered tying them with plastics to make the body light in weight and also cover the body with 2 coats of varnish and you''ll not need Bug Bond.
For some time I've been using netty bags which comes in about 8 different colours you get them at the likes of ASDA in the fruit veg department find out if your mates buy the fruit veg and ask them to keep the bags for you.
I was posting some pics earlier this morning about the tyings when I hit the wrong button which opened 11 files in my photo bucket so I had to stop so I will have to practise a bit on posting photo's.
Your buzzers are a wee bit heavy at the tail end but I do not tie em like yours with the wing buds in, it's simplicity I'm after.

Hi Scott,

For someone who's only been tyin a wee while mate yer doin ok, your struggling with the two things that took me ages to get right (and sometimes still does ) and thats the proportions and the profiles, some would say there sort of the same things, but keep tyin pal and you will get there-yer no far awa
