Default Latex fry

Been playing around with liquid latex as my architect house mate has a load for model making. Is quite fun to use so had a go at trying to make a fry pattern with it. Bit of a scruffy tying but like the general shape and transparency of it. Hoping the natural feathers etc. should add a bit of movement.

nice looking fly Dan-gives an interesting effect.I used to use latex years ago for making plaster casts but found it broke down quite quickly.I am assuming this is organic latex you have used but there may be better versions of it these days.
Might be worth fishing a few before tying up large batches.Im sure people on the forum will have more experience of latex than me

all the best Nick
