your leaded nymph will sink upside down indeed. As for the tungsten, your choice : if you want it to stick out against the body mount it against the eye. If you want to hide it, place it on the thorax and put some dubbing over. Personally I wouldn't hide an expensive tungsten bead just to add weight you can achieve with lead wire or sheet. What's more, a bead (2,8/3.3 mm) will always thicken the thorax area and thus create more resistance in the water. Czech nymphs should be as slim as possible to sink fast. My sink nymph on a Czech train is just coiled 1 mm lead wire on a hook coated with a fine coloured latex layer. Sometimes I will even use a combination of a (double!) tungsten bead head and a leaded body to get down in the most turbulent streams.
