Default the change from singles to doubles

I have been tying some flies to day for seatrout on double hooks. For the last couple of months i have been tying flies on single hooks. Pushing hackles back i have had the exposed hook from the vice stuck in my thumb 3 times. Each time forgetting. creatures of habit or what!
