Default One for Highland Broonies

My wife was in full spring cleaning mode today so this afternoon I decided it was best to go for a walk for a wee while. On my return she decided to arrange the spare room where I have my desk and tying gear all set up. I wasn't very pleased to say the least as she moved all my gear etc onto another desk on the other side of the room. It has taken me all afternoon and early evening to get everything back where I want it. It really does take a bit of getting used to etc to start tying on a desk of different hight and the light source is a bit different as its in a different position. Anyway I digress. I eventually got settled and tied a few tonight here is the best of the bunch............

edited to say... I will try to get a better pic of the fly tomorrow in the daylight.

How did you know that. I just decided to stick a dyed partridge hackle on the front as I thought I would make a mess of it if I tried putting the mallard wing on it.
