Is there another source of this rather than the Veniards stuff which seems a bit OTT price wise to me?

Do a search for dolls house lead flashing and you will find plenty.

Just be careful, I got some last year and it's a lot thicker. I previously got some from Niche Niche Products

Yes, that's the one bit of information lacking. How much do you get in a pack from Niche? The Veniard's stuff is about 2" x 4"
