Default Carl's UV Lure, honestly !

After seeing Carlos's UV Lure on here the other day it reminded me of something, one I tied in TFF in 2007:

Uncanny?

I'm sure Davies shuggies had the chinchilla hackle Tosh but the black n silver/black n golds were just a different take/variation on his original idea.It was always gonny be scaled down to rules size and doubled etc.

Wee Jimmy you're wrong, the Hummie double is more or less the same as shown BUT, It has green JC cheeks and Red floss tail?

But yes, the fly has been around for a very long time. The one I catch most on, is just black tail, Gold or silver body, JC cheeks, no hackle.

The mini Hughie is one of those cards that doesn't - I think - shrink well.

Best 'shrunked' fly, Prairie dog!

Tosh, I posted you up 15 flies yesterday get back to me wehn you get them?

What am I wrong about...... You trumped Carl about his fly,and I trumped you about yours.....thought it was just a bit of leg pullin.

Of course his came first boys, you're right!
I trumped Carl, leg pulling, Dave's was first, I just copied it and let's be honest, DAVIE, If you're reading this, mines is far superior!

Still, like I said it doesn't fish that well as the shrunk fly, hence the triggers came i later, floss Coloured JC, yes, no?

Jimmy, are you wee?
