Default Fusion Blobs

I read in this month's TF about Fusion Blobs, tied with two different coloured chenilles wrapped round the hook shank in alternate turns.
When I tried this, I ran into difficulty with stroking back one chenille and then wrapping the second colour, so was not at all happy with the result.
In addition I found that tying off the two strands made the production of a neat head very difficult as well.
I wonder if anyone has tried tying these, has had any success and can pass on any tips that will make things easier for the rest of us.

Ken

Top Info!

The 20T & Fusion Blobs, are tied with fine cored, translucent fritz...

Trying to use the 'boosted' style of fritz, which is great for 1 and 2 coloured blobs, half and half style will only leave you with a mess.....

Thanks for the help so far, but I'm a bit confused about the "20T Blobs" as I am not at all familiar with these.
A link to, or address for, the "fine cored, translucent fritz" would be a great help too.

Try this. Tie in two lengths of fritz. Then 'plait' them together. It helps if you wet the fritz and get the fibres of each length flattend out a bit, the fibres spiral round the core so the two cores will wind into each other. Then wind it on to the hook as a single strand.

If that makes sense...
