Deer Hair

I got some kind of deer hair given to me today, and wondered what type of flies it's suitable for tying. Never used deer hair before so I'm a bit clueless as to what this stuff can be used for.

it looks like roe and probably is roe but looks slightly sika'ish anyway..
muddlers, hogs, half hogs, hoppers, half hog hoppers, bullet head caddis and sedge type patterns.. that should get you started

Thanks for the reply, I had muddlers in mind but didn't know if it was suitable for them, the hair is pretty fine not sure if that's what you need for muddler heads.

Yup looks like roe to me as well should spin nic and easily so good for muddlers.
