Default Double

Nice wee fly there Scott, don't get pulled in by putting as much as you can on a dressing. Sometimes keeping it simple is best and more effective.
Keep the fine work though.

Graeme.

Nice fly Scott, good colours

Could be an idea to tie some more simpler patterns first on doubles to get the hang of it mate, like cat doubles, viva doubles, cormorant doubles etc. You'll soon adapt to using them mate.

What hook is that a sprite? looks quite heavy.

Well tied. To avoid hook point in finger, fasten a small safety pin to an elastic band, fasten elastic band to stem of vice, slip safety closer of pin over spare point of hook. Dont forget to take of before releasing fly or it will exit in reverse, rapidly.

Very diplomatically put, Bvmface, when what you wanted to say is "How do you plan to get that thing to sink?"
