Default Fly Fishing Buzzer

Please may you advise on how to tie this fly, any suggestions on materials used e.g. hooks, feathers. And methods.

It's a simple quill buzzer Sammy.

Black thread (or any colour of your choice)
Stripped peacock herl
Orange or Yellow goose biots (or any other colour you fancy)
All coated with two or three coats of a good quality varnish.

There you go mate.... figure out the 'method'
