Default Cruncher Variations

Hi
Im looking to tie up some cruncher variations for the new season.
Any ideas?

I tie one like this:

Thread - Red
Body - Black pheasant tail
thorax - black peacock herl
rib - fine copper wire
hackle - sooty hen (got it in a job lot and best description i have for it, its a dirty grey colour)
tail - as hackle

was my best fly last season

MOT that colour sounds like a dun colour that metz does

Possibly, got a pic? The cape I have certainly isn't genetic. I got it as part of a job lot (20 capes for £20) from the former trade member who shall not be named.

Mot is the red thread fluorescent?
Marks what you do the gold cheeks with biots?
Rollcast cruncher varient or not it lokks like it will catch.
