They don't have the TMC 101, but they do have the Daiichi 1110, which look very similar. All sizes appear to be in stock, right down to a 26 !!
Personally, I like the grip hooks. Very similar to more expensive models and at least as good.

That's expensive! I was going to point you to a place that sells them 100 per box for $12.50 but I just checked and they don't ship outside the "lower 48".
Sorry, I guess I just wasted a bunch of ink.
