Default Shrimp Eyes

Just been looking at photos of shrimps on google. (yes i do need to get out more) on lots of pics the eyes stand out very well. never bothered to add them before, does anyone think its an important trigger or not?
some of the prawn salmon flies have them but not seen many trout / grayling flies.
thanks , dave

forgot to add whats the best way if its worth a try? melted black streak seems so dated
