Can anyone remember there was guy on here about a year ago selling knotted pheasant tails in various colours.. for a rather good price - the kinda price that makes you think long and hard about ever knotting the damn stuff yourself again? Anyone remember his name?

I bought some Rob and they are good but YGA also sell them at about a fiver for a full feather, and I cannot remember the guy's name either :

I had theirs before and they are just as good TBH.

Thanks Kev, at least I know now why we haven't seen him around for a while.

I rue the day when the scouts stopped doing "bob a job". You'd give 'em say 1/2 dozen feathers, show them how to do it & when then returned with all the fibres knotted twice each give them their 5p.

Can't imagine why they stopped doing bob a job.....
