Default How to split tails?

I'm in the middle of doing cdc olives now ( JT Olives ) and want to try some with microfibbets, splitting them ( cheers craigie ) to allow them to float better.

I'm using 10/0 yellow Roman Moser thread, and either microfibbets or Coq de Leon.

Any advice ?

Tks

I am so pleased you did that Dave, I was just thinking how on earth I could explain that as well as you show it.
It's a great tip.

I made poor Dave show it to me about a thousand times at the BFFI. He is a very lovely, very patient man. Listen to him.
