I have not found any software that is perfect but this one seems OK and is free.
FlySource

FlySource is a free program that you can use to catalog, print, find, and share fly fishing information. FlySource is easy to install and easy to use.

Anyone know of something better post up a link

Does anyone know if Flysource is up and running again

See below, as I tried to download this evening

July 15, 2010 - The FlySource sharing server will be going offline indefinitely starting sometime over the next few days. I have vacation time coming up and don't want to leave the power-hungry server running unattended. I decided it won't be started back up again because it is not being used very much these days and is fairly expensive to run and takes time to maintain. Taking it down will save me on power costs and let me focus my time more on developing FlySource Version 2. When Version 2 is released, there won't be a requirement for the current server even though the file sharing will be greatly improved

Although the server is off line, I still managed to download the software.
