this was by far my best pattern of 2010...

Sorry ST I have sold my soul mate, Iam pike fevered right up to the max just now but hopefully one day I will get back into my trout fishing with the same passion I once had for it.

Nice yin! On the subject of finishing off the head . Have you tried using Bug Bond resin yet? All the reviews etc are favouravble. Not aqquired it myself yet but fancy using it on the likes of czech nymph patterns and the like. Ideal for pike and sea fishing flies

I have No tried it yet alan, but I will get round to it one day when all my epoxy runs out it gets some great reviews from the top tyers on here so it must be good sh!t mate.
