Default Artifly

Just after some help/advice if possible. I have looked through past threads and found folk enquiring about Artifly and outstanding orders etc.

I ordered some gear about a year ago and it was great, stuff turned up and I was delighted with it.
However, i ordered a decent amount of materials about 2 months ago and despite e-mail confirming order I have never received it. My first e-mail enquiring about the order (2 weeks after their confirmation e-mail) was answered saying it would be sent the next day. Still got nothing and my follow up e-mails have been ignored.
I don't think I am being unreasonable here, I understand delays for time of year, sickness etc. All I'd like is a one liner e-mail giving me an update.

Has anyone ordered stuff over the last couple months and if so, how did you get on?

Cheers,

Coco

Coconut,This is a matter for Inverness Trading standards.I would advise you to take this there for a satisfactory outcome.

Just after spending 4 Months chasing an order and looking for a refund. I was told that the order was posted 5-6 times only for it to turn up in his workshop not posted, I received 5 incorrect tracking numbers( was never posted), received every possible excuse in the book, 100+ emails and 60+texts later and dozens of phone calls, absolute nightmare. Get his mobile number and land line number off his website and do what I did ring him every day. I eventually got a refund minus paypal charges. But be prepared to report him to trading standards.

Guys,

Cheers for the prompt responses. Looks like this is a pretty regular thing then! So frustrating as last time all went swimmingly. His site looks good and I never thought this kind of thing would happen. I'll be more careful from now on.

Will get the numbers and start calling. If no answer in next week or two I will stop by the address on the website to see what's up as it's only an hour up the road from my place.

Failing all this I'll get on to trading standards. So much for my Christmas hols tying nights, was really looking forward to them!

Cheers,

Coco

He's at it again, this guy is nothing but a criminal. Inverness Trading Standards need to sort this lying cheating scumbag out by stopping him from trading.
