Bullet Nymph

I was telling a friend about bullet nymphs but when i tried to find some info i had no joy.
I am pretty sure i seen them in Catch Magazine but i have searched their site again with no joy.

Pheasant tail style flies but they are full of lead or tunsten with a wide tapered varnished body.
I remember seeing a pic of a shot gun cartridge filled with the nymphs.

Does anyone else know what i am lookin for or did i dream it?

Sounds like stalking bugs you might use on a small stillwater.
