Anyone can supply help.
I wouldl ike to add a photo to a post.

Upload the pic to a host site like photo bucket , copy the IMG code for the pic you want and come back here and paste it where you want the pic to show ..

hi there ,if you have your pics in photobucket etc , copy the IMG code , then paste the code wherever you wish your picture to be in your post ..

As the guys say above.
One further point to concider is the size, large or 640 x 480 is about right.
