Step-by-Step for Petitjean Mayfly Nymph?

Can anyone point me to a Step-by-Step for this style of Mayfly nymph by Marc Petitjean?

I'm particularly interested in the positioning and sequencing of the beadhead(s), the CDC thorax, and the CDC that covers the beadhead(s).

single beadhead:
