Default Artifly thread.

Hi All,

Re the artifly thread yesterday. I know everyone is a bit P'd off about the whole situation and discussion, but the young lad who posted it was genuine and was looking for information, I know this as he has since got on to me looking for the same sort of stuff, and his exact quote was that he was "taken aback by the hostile reply."
Now, I am not here to discuss anything about artifly and I am not mentioning any names, but more to say that I was also shocked at the response this member got from some of the other members on here, guys calm down. There are some nice people out there who are not trying to stir, give people the benefit of doubt first.

I totally agree that you need to give someone the benefit of doubt on something like that. I also agree that a couple of people that replied to the thread need to take a chill pill.

Fair enough Sam. The thing is though, for every genuine thread/question, on the this subject there's half a dozen more from folk that know the score perfectly well and are just stirring it. It's difficult to tell which is which sometimes, hence my letting off a bit of steam.

Anyway, to Kendo - I aoplogise unreservedly for my outburst. I misinterpreted your post, and you didn't deserve the response you got. Please accept my sincere apologies.

Rob.

my,my...the colours sure change when ppl of importance state their opinion..but to give note as a gentlemanly conduct..that doesn't sit right when it happens to be an on going thing.

..guess I'd better be prepared for the 'onslaught' of followers who will voice their opinion to what I just wrote, but just to let you know I may not be around when it occurs, for it is getting time I must take my wolf out for her morning run..................AW

This is just an if guys so here we go,

If you go to EBAY he has a shop on there i was told its Highland angling?
Surely if you buy off there he has a % record for his sales and also covered by ebay and paypal also??

Would this be a safer way to buy as people have stated the products are good.

If you really must buy his product, go to a stockist then you won't get ripped off as he'll have the goods in stock. If he hasn't then, you may well have to wait, but that's far better/safer than trying to deal direct, or via ebay.

Promised myself I would not go down this road, but when frustraion takes over. I can fully understand Black Jungles post in the previous thread and Saracens clarification of his post. I have had first hand experience of Artifly since the summer and all I would like to say is if anybody wants to spend months chasing their order (unsuccessfully and with EVERY excuse under the sun) and there after chasing their money then Artifly is the company to deal with. Satisfaction guaranteed. The most frustrating experience I have ever had and has to be endured to be believed.
Ok rant over.

I'm not sure how he does have a top rating on there, but I for one along with many other forum members we're taken for a ride and ripped off by Gerry.
