whiting fly

hi all,more of a saltwater fly for whiting.just wondering if anyone has idea for a fly for whiting off a south coast beach.need something to pulse i think as i will be fishing in to the dark.any info will be gratefully recieved ,just a challenge for the winter months until the bass etc returns .
