Post A Few Salmon Flies

Here is a few flies i have been working on for my trip to the Ridge pool on the Moy next May
I've just recently started tying my own salmon flies! Which is alot harder than dry flies
I hope you like them.
1, Copper Bodied CascadeClick the image to open in full size.

3, Gold Bodied CascadeClick the image to open in full size.
4, Bann ShrimpClick the image to open in full size.
5, Orange ShrimpClick the image to open in full size.
6, Currys Red ShrimpClick the image to open in full size.
7, Coolraw KillerClick the image to open in full size.
Do you think i have enough all flies in size 6 trebles to 14's.

No way!! They won't do at all. Post them to me and I'll dispose of them. In the meantime you better start again

Good tyings there,will certainly bank a few fish.
Remember to have them small size 10-14 will cover the moy.
Fished the moy this year in may and it was stuffed with fish,just before the heavy rain came and size 12's were the size.
Dont forget to tie some gold willie gunns on plastic tubes about 1/2" to 1" long.The salmon on the moy just love them.(slim diameter ones)

Just to throw a spanner in Irishflies works
I fished the Ridge pool last may and had most of my fish on a 1 1/2" Willie Gunn conehead. Nothing on the small flies and the river was on its backside.

Having said that ........ I would fish those flies with confidence. Nice job.

Seanie i would happily send them off if you were to pay me for them

Thanks for the advice on the ridge pool! size 12 already tied will have to get some coneheads
