Default Realistic Flys.

Hi there

I have been blown away recently at some of the realistic flys people like Ulf Hagstorm is tying, or not any more if you read his blog.

I have got to give this a go!

Does anyone know of any good books on the subject? Or any decent step by steps to be found on the web?

And here's me thinking i was doing well tying size 16 and 18 spiders.

Thanks

Grant

you could start with Steve Thornton's books. Semi-realistic flies.

Thanks

I'll have a look at the links and the books on my Christmas list

Dont think i'll ever get to the same standard as the pro's but, its worth a try.

Yes you will.
Just like everything you just have to practice a lot.

I look forward to seeing the results.
