Joel at Tungsten beads - great customer service
Just a quick note to commend Joel for his great customer service. We had a slight misunderstanding about postal addresses and Joel sorted it all out out at some cost to himself. He did not have to, but went the extra mile. I am very pleased with the service and products and will use again. Recommended.
