Default Name the grayling bug?

A guy i work with ave me three flies that an old local guy gave him.
He swears by them and told me how he had caught lots of fish the said fly.
I would not say i did not believe him but it was all taken with a pinch of salt.
Anyway i was fishing the Clyde last week and i had three lovely grayling using the fly.
I lost two of the flies and broken the hook on the last fly, i tried everything else in the box but nothing.

I immediately made more that night as best i could remember.
I am sure i have seen them before, any one know what it is?
it is like a pink Corixia.
