Hi ST,

My buddy and I only started fishing Linlithgow in September this year and managed only 3 outings before the loch closed. However in that short period we really came to appreciate the superb quality of the trout there. In particular, I noticed your tyings for the coryxa and was able to tie up a couple on our last but one outing. Stupidly I tied both onto the same cast, Withn a few mintes my flies were taken by what I can only describe as a big fish which, regrettably broke me. My buddy did not touch a fish that day.

I was interested to see your tying of the large buzzer therefore and I look forward to using it next season. I also look forward to any further "specials" you recommend for Linlithgow.

Many thanks.

John.
