Default Compartment Box's

Can anyone point me in the direction of decent compartment boxes with individual lids?

I am trying to rationalise the number and style of hooks i have and have narrowed it down so want them all at hand.
I have loads of compartment boxes but they all have one big universal lid so hooks jump from one tray to another.

I have spent some time trolling the internet but without luck, its not a hook pallet, nor something magnetic, the closest thing i can find is pill dispensers but having got a couple the individual compartments are all too small.

Can anyone help please, it's doing my nut in?

Buzz,
something I have used for years is a business card folder with the trouty type hooks in wee ziplocks , chop of the labels and insert so you can identify and do easy stock takes .
works for me !

I use these.

Stacker 6 Tier Clear | Bead Storage Containers

They come in different sizes and can be used for beads, dubbing or hooks.

The full range.

Bead Storage Containers

The top one has the lid and the rest screw on the bottom.

Thanks Sandy I use them for dubbing and they are not that good, i would not recommend them.
The threads on them are not very well made and given the hight they are perfect for sconing off your desk and splattering everywhere.

I am beginning to doubt what i am looking for actually exists.

Default Box

Buzz,

It might be worth checking in GAC in the bait fishing area, I did pick up a couple of boxes i use for lures, I am sure they done them in a couple of sizes, they are double type boxes that fold over and clip together they have about 8 individual cubes with lids on each of the sides and are also clear, hope you can understand my description, going by your message it sounds like just the thing you may be looking for..................cheers jim

P.s. If you cant find it on their web, let me know and I will try and post a picture of the one I have.

Don't think hooks, think screws.
Have a look on here Mark.

Nope, still no banana.

Jim, had a look, close but they are not big enough.

Steven,I currently have the drawer thing bit its too bulky and you cannot transport it.The other boxes appear to have one big lid.

Being specific what i am looking for is this, but with individual lids on each compartment.

These might be ok, I could make you a piece of wood with holes in to suit them.
Cost you mind.

Default Hook storage

Hi, what is the largest hook that you will need to store?

How many of each hook would you need stored in this unit / box?

I am working on something just now that may just meet your needs.

I need to confirm a few sizes before I can say it would be a possible fix for your hook storage problems.

If it works out to be suitable for your largest hooks / store sufficient of them then the storage unit would store 50 different sizes or models of hook in a fairly small unit.

More info next week if I can get it sorted.

Thanks

Kev.
