Question Fly patterns that use the colour Grey as a primary component?

Question above is/was actually generated from another post (another Fora too). Question dealt with what are your primary colours for Steelhead flies.

One fellow mentioned he liked to use Grey in his ties; personally I can't think of a pattern with Grey being one of the major components. Google wasn't a hell of a lot of help either.

Can you think of a few?

Quite a few trout dry flies use grey in them, although Fred I don't understand is it flies with grey in them or flies that are nearly all grey.

Flies that can think of are spey flies with natural Heron hackles in them, grey heron spey,

The grey monkey has a greyish body on some and a grey wing on others

thanks
AL

Probably not much good for steelhead, but I've done well for seatrout on the Irish loughs with Kingsmill-Moore's Grey Ghost. Seems best on those grey misty days when not much else works

Tail: G.P. Topping.
Tag: Black ostrich herl.
Body: Light grey seal's fur, (or silver monkey if you can get it), ribbed oval silver.
Body hackles: Dyed Irish grey cock ( much the colour of a pale blue dun) and a natural black cock hackle.
Shoulder hackle: Teal, or grey partridge.

Okay, not for steelhead but 2 of my favourite dries for the loughs are the grey duster and the grey wulff.

'Silver grey'

I can't find an image right now but the 'Haslam' a famous salmon pattern, before sea trout anglers addopted it, certainly conveys greyness through it's Andalucian body hackle.

Gray (Grey) Rat and Gray Ghost streamer, both are well known U.S. patterns.
